Child Safety at DateDash

DateDash is strictly an 18+ platform. The service is intended only for adults aged 18 and above. Children and minors are not permitted to create accounts, access, or use DateDash.

We take measures to prevent minors from accessing the platform and act when we become aware of accounts or activity that violates our age requirements or Child Safety Policy.

Our 18+ Policy

DateDash is exclusively for adults.

Users must be 18 years of age or older to create and maintain an account. Users must not:

• Create an account if they are under 18.
• Misrepresent their age to access DateDash.
• Allow a minor to use their account.
• Create or maintain an account on behalf of a minor.
• Encourage or facilitate a minor's access to DateDash.

If we identify or receive a credible report that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove the account.

Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Exploitation

DateDash strictly prohibits any content or behaviour involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Sexual content involving minors.
• Sexual solicitation or grooming of minors.
• Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor.
• Sharing, requesting, creating, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Sexualised images or descriptions of minors.
• Using DateDash to facilitate the exploitation, trafficking, or abuse of minors.
• Directing minors to other platforms or services for sexual purposes.

Any such activity is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether it occurs through public content, anonymous posts, profiles, direct conversations, communities, or any other feature of DateDash.

Safety Across the Platform

Our 18+ requirement and child-safety standards apply throughout the entire DateDash experience, including:

Profiles & Connections

Users must be 18+. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors may be investigated and removed.

Conversations

Users must not use DateDash to solicit, groom, exploit, or sexually engage with minors.

Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you believe that a DateDash account involves a minor or that someone is attempting to exploit, groom, or sexually abuse a child, please report it immediately.

When submitting a report, please provide as much relevant information as possible, such as the account or username involved and a description of the concern.

Do not send or redistribute suspected CSAM. If you encounter potentially illegal material involving a child, report the account or content through the appropriate reporting channel instead.

How We Respond

We take child-safety reports seriously.

When we receive a report concerning a potential violation of our Child Safety Policy, we may:

• Review the reported account or content.
• Restrict access while an investigation is conducted.
• Remove content that violates our policies.
• Suspend or permanently terminate violating accounts.
• Take action against accounts attempting to circumvent enforcement.
• Preserve relevant information where appropriate and permitted by law.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or relevant authorities when legally required.

We may take immediate action when circumstances indicate an urgent safety concern.

Account Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from DateDash.

Severe violations, including child sexual exploitation, grooming, or the distribution or solicitation of CSAM, may result in permanent account termination and may be referred to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.

Attempts to evade enforcement by creating additional accounts may also result in those accounts being removed.

Protecting User Privacy

DateDash takes privacy seriously. Safety investigations are handled with appropriate care and access to information is limited to what is necessary to address the reported concern, enforce our policies, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Our Commitment

We believe that creating a safe social environment requires clear boundaries, responsible moderation, and accessible reporting tools.

DateDash is and will remain an 18+ platform. We do not permit children or minors to use our service, and we have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation.
